Agenda

1. Apologies for absence.
2. The AGA will receive the minutes of the General Assembly held on 25 February 2016 and consider them for adoption.
3. The AGA will: –
   1. Receive the Administrative Board’s Annual Report and Balance Sheets and Accounts;
   2. Receive the Financial Committee’s report on all administrative and financial acts of the Administrative Board, the Annual Report, Balance Sheets and Accounts; and
   3. Consider the Administrative Board’s Annual Report, Balance Sheets and Accounts for adoption.
4. The AGA will receive the Administrative Board’s proposal for amendments to the General Regulations and the recommendations of the Financial Committee and decide accordingly.
5. Financial Proposals (see Activity Programme 2017)
   1. The AGA will receive the Administrative Board’s proposal for fees for 2017 and the recommendations of the Financial Committee and decide accordingly.
   2. The AGA will receive a proposal for loan repayment and the recommendations of the Financial Committee and decide accordingly.
6. Election of the Administrative Bodies and Administrative Committee.
7. Any Other Business and discussion.
